Business Customer Portal

The Bubble business customer Portal allows our customers to view their details,  services, calls and invoices.  Accessing the business customer Portal requires a unique login and password that will have been  provided to you on the installation sheets you received.

Lost Password

In case you have lost your password or cannot remember it, you can recover it by clicking on the lost password link below and entering your login and registered email address. If you haven’t registered your email address please contact our customer care team to obtain a new password. 

Lost username

If you cannot remember your username, please contact our customer care team to provide this information for you.

Invoices

To view your invoices you will need a free software package called Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is installed on most computers. If this software is not installed on your computer you can download the latest version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website by clicking here.  

 

VPBX Portal 

 

Our VPBX Portal allows registered users to access and change the settings of their extension. Users can forward calls, view their call records, check their voicemail and call recordings.   

Accessing the VPBX Portal requires a unique login and password that will have been provided to the VPBX service administrator from your company.  

Login and password information to the VPBX  portal can for security reasons only be provided to authorized administrators of your company.
